Blue Ridge Cohousing will be composed of energy-efficient attached and single
family homes with standard hot-water solar and optional photovoltaic. These are

Homes combine elements of community and privacy. All homes have front porches
and front-facing kitchens. They also all have private back decks.
One model is 100% Universal Design compliant. However all houses have
weelchair-accessible front porches and ground floors so that disabled residents can
visit other neighbors.
We also have computer-generated views of the entire future neighborhood and
current pictures of the land with its existing 100+yr old common house.
